Shakira to Hold Three Concerts in Buenos Aires

Colombian superstar Shakira will once again shine in Buenos Aires at the end of 2025, and this time she will do so with a triple bill at the Vélez Sarsfield stadium.

Her concerts on December 8, 9, and 11 mark the closing of her Latin American leg of the Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour. According to the Argentine News Agency, Shakira had initially announced two shows for December 8 and 9. In response, the production (through Fénix Entertainment) added a third show for December 11, thus confirming the artist's very strong bond with her Argentine audience.

The tour is subtitled "Estoy Aquí" ("I Am Here"), in reference to one of Shakira's most iconic songs, which gives the meeting with her fans a very intimate and nostalgic tone. Furthermore, the shows celebrate the 30th anniversary of her album "Pies Descalzos" ("Barefoot"), a milestone in her career, so it is expected to include a special review of her greatest classics.

The repertoire will include not only hits like "La Tortura" or "Ojos Así", but also more recent songs like "Monotonía" and her famous Music Session #53 with Bizarrap.

On her social media, Shakira proposed an interactive format for fans to vote on which songs they want her to include in the concert: "Tell me what you want me to sing for you, and I'll make it a playlist," she said.

For many fans, this trio of shows represents a long-awaited reunion: Shakira is choosing to say goodbye to her Latin American public with a powerful show, full of emotion and musical memories. Moreover, the closing at Vélez symbolizes the artist's desire to return to the "Latin American home" before continuing her tour through Europe and Asia.

The demand was overwhelming: tickets for the initial shows sold out in record time.
